Stagia is a counseling intern who believes that even in the darkest seasons of life, there is always hope and the possibility of healing. She is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly heard, seen, and valued.

Stagia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado Christian University (2024) and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Counseling at the same institution. She is on the path to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado and is currently practicing under the supervision of Dr. Stephanie Norris.

Her approach to therapy is rooted in deep empathy, respect, and the belief that every person holds inherent worth, value, and potential. She sees each client as a unique story worth honoring, and she considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they explore their experiences, uncover their inner strengths, and move toward growth and healing.

Therapy with Stagia is collaborative and client-centered. She prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship, meeting clients where they are with compassion and curiosity. Rather than leading or directing, she walks beside each person, offering support and reflection while empowering them to navigate their own path.
