Dr. Stephanie Norris is a psychologist candidate, licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed addiction counselor (LAC), and the owner of Healing Pathways Collective, LLC, with offices in Centennial and Littleton, Colorado. She specializes in evaluation and intervention services for separating and divorcing families, as well as adults, children, and families navigating conflict, loss, and life transitions.

Dr. Norris earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Walden University. She completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Minnesota and holds master’s degrees from the University of Denver and Walden University.

She has conducted numerous parental responsibility evaluations, hundreds of neurodevelopmental and neuropsychological evaluations, and has testified as an expert in parenting disputes and related family law matters across multiple counties in Colorado. Dr. Norris also consults with parents, attorneys, and other mental health professionals on complex family law issues.

Her academic background includes teaching as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver, where she led courses in counseling and education services clinic, as well as ethics and legal issues in counseling. She also served as an adjunct professor at Metropolitan State University, teaching forensic psychology, psychology of violence and aggression, cravings and addiction, human development, child psychology, and adolescent psychology.

During graduate school, Dr. Norris was actively involved in research, often serving as the primary investigator. Her work contributed to several accepted poster presentations and a symposium. Her dissertation, titled "Coping Strategies Among Disciplined Psychologists Working High-Conflict Custody Cases," was published as part of her doctoral research.

Dr. Norris is an active member of the American Counseling Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Bakhita Mountain Home, a nonprofit organization supporting survivors of human trafficking.
