This summer, we’re offering a unique opportunity for teens to explore their mental health through creativity, connection, and community. Our Teen Anxiety Group is designed to help teens better understand anxiety - what it is, how it shows up, and how to manage it. Through a blend of psychoeducation and creative expression, participants will learn and practice healthy coping skills in a supportive, nonjudgemental environment.
