At Healing Pathways Collective, we believe in the powerful impact of community when it comes to emotional healing and personal growth. Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to connect with others who may be navigating similar life experiences—providing both support and perspective in a safe, professionally guided environment.

Although we’re not currently running any active group therapy sessions, we’re working behind the scenes to develop new offerings that meet the evolving needs of our clients and community. Stay tuned—new groups will be launching soon!

What Is Group Therapy?

Group therapy involves a small number of individuals (usually 6–10) meeting regularly with a trained therapist to explore shared challenges, build coping strategies, and foster meaningful connection. It’s a supportive, confidential space where participants can feel heard, validated, and encouraged—all while learning from the insights and experiences of others.
